We live the art. Driving at fairs, we chat in salons and we collectors show the art that seems valuable to us. That’s another way to support artists. We play fair stands with our unsaleable art („privately owned“) just to get them talking. We go to the podium and discuss issues of art collecting – and beyond collecting. Over the years we have developed our own nose, trusting certain galleries and different networks. But the most important thing for me personally is actually to increase self-esteem, even among young collectors, that they also form their own opinion away from a mainstream or the market, and if they do not feel touched by an artist praised to heaven, they must as well do not go to the opening.
